Acro-gymnastics - Acro, as it is commonly known, is the study of gymnastics, but on a smaller scale. All of the basic skills are taught (somersaults, cartwheels, round-offs). The overall idea is to strengthen the dancer's core, arms, and legs so that they are able to advance to a higher level of gymnastic skill.

Ballet - The basis of all the art forms in dance. Ballet is fluid and technical movement that is taken to give the child grace and confidence. Ballet concentrates on the dancer's "center" while working on the body's proper alignment for this art form.

Creative Movement - This is the introduction of dance to children of preschool age. In this class they will learn the basics of ballet, tap, and modern, as well as working on eye-hand coordination, perception, and motor skills needed to grow and flourish as an individual child.

Hip Hop - Is a more structured form of street dancing. Hip Hop is done to popular music with a faster and harder beat.

Jazz - Is a contemporary style of dance developing strength, flexibility, and coordination. Jazz dance is a faster style of movement and, like ballet, it also concentrates on the "center" of the body.

Lyrical - A mixture of ballet and jazz. This type of dance lends itself to interpreting the song through slow fluid movement while incorporating large jumps and leaps as in jazz.

Modern - The form of dance that is free moving in its technique, while at the same time it explores time, space, and dynamics of each movement. This technique teaches proper body alignment, poise, and grace, along with strength, endurance, and self-expression.

Pilates - A series of movements that concentrate on the core of the body. These series of exercises are meant to strengthen and tone the body and increase flexibility.
